Refund Policy

Please Note

We do not offer reverse pickups. For any exchange or alteration, you will need to ship the product to us at your cost. At NAAV by Avneet, products once purchased are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are possible only in the cases detailed below.

Damage / Defective / Wrong Supply

While we maintain strict quality control at NAAV by Avneet, if you receive a product with a defect for which we are responsible, we will accept it back and provide a replacement within two weeks of receiving your return.

Please email us at naavdesigns@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery with complete details and clear images showing the defect/wrong item received. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email, conduct a quality check, and if approved for a manufacturing defect, we will re-make the item you purchased.

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if:

• An incorrect product has been delivered (does not match the order confirmation).
• The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

If your purchase meets the criteria above, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your order number, the reason for exchange, and images (for defective/incorrect items). Our team will verify the issue and email/call you with next steps.

Size Change / Alterations

Please refer to the size chart before purchasing. If you’re unsure, write to us at naavdesigns@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 73782 60000.

We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is an incorrect size or doesn’t fit you as required. Depending on your location and the nature of alteration, timelines may vary.

For a different size or alterations, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at +91 73782 60000 and share your order number and size concern.
• Ship the product (unused and in original condition) to: 130, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur 302004.
• After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a credit note.
• Use the credit note to place a new order in the required size or share your measurements; we will alter at no additional cost.

Note: Size exchanges and alterations are not available on products purchased during special pricing/sale periods. We do not accept exchanges or alterations after 15 days of delivery.

Colors

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations across screens/devices, the color you see may differ slightly from the actual product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed after 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Sale Policy

All items in our sale section are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these orders.
