Terms and Conditions
Please note: we do not offer reverse pickups. In case of exchange or alteration, product has to be shipped to us by you. At NAAV by Avneet, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:
Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products
Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at NAAV by Avneet, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.
In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “naavdesigns@gmail.com” within 12 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 12 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
We will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
Size Change Issue
Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at naavdesigns@gmail.com or call us at +917378250000
We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and dosen’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at naavdesigns@gmail.com. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you would like a different size or alteration in the product you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
- Contact +917378250000 to notify us about the size change. Include the order number in your communication.
- Ship the product back to us at 130, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur 302004
- Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note.
- You can then use the credit note to place a new order with the alternate size or send us your measurements and we will alter it at no additional cost.
Please note that size exchanges and alterations will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing / sale. We will not accept any exchanges or alterations after 15 days of delivery.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on NAAV as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Cancellation Policy
Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
Sale Policy
Please note: all items in our sale section are FINAL SALE. We will not be accepting any returns or exchanges on those orders.
